I learned yoga through Yoga Alliance USA and practice it regularly. This made me realise its immense benefits. Apart from yoga Naturopathy is my another interest. At YogaVenturer we believe that body is a perfect machine and any disease is a sign that something in our food or environment is making it ill, pay attention and remove the cause, it will heal itself with the help of Yoga and Naturopathy .
