Hey Friends, have a look at my new Yoga mat. I'm so in love and just keep looking at itšŸ˜˜šŸ˜˜šŸ¤—šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ¤—

Though I have a few yoga mats, the first I bought was ' Quick Shel, 6mm' yoga mat from Amazon for Rs 485/-. It was hard on touch and kept folding until you keep something on it. The most expensive I bought was again from Amazon ' Yoga essentials Natural Rubber & microfiber suede 3mm', for Rs 3499/-. It doesn't not have the problems my first mat had but is definitely overpriced!!!

A yoga mat should be thick and soft enough to provide enough cushioning while performing Asanas which require you to put your weight on your knees, lest your knees would hurt.( I think 5mm thickness is optimal) More than that would compromise your stability while in a posture. Its

width and length should also be in accordance with your height and body structure.

So back to my favourite mat šŸ˜, I bought it from Vishal Mega Mart for Rs 399/-šŸ¤—šŸ¤—. I wasn't looking for a mat but it's green leafy patterns and colors took my breath away🄰🄰🄰. It was also soft to touch, 5mm thickness. I could not leave it!!!

Today I did my yoga practice on it, didn't need any additional mat for extra cushioning which my other mats need. So total win win situation!!šŸ˜šŸŽ‰

Since then I kept smiling appreciating the colours pattern of this mat. 🄰🄰They rightly say ' a thing of beauty is a joy forever'šŸ˜šŸ‘
